Name : GAUR / INDIAN BISON
Scientific name : Bos gaurus

   Description :Gaur is native to South and Southeast Asia.  It’s the tallest of the wild cattle species.  Their diet consists of grass, leaves, shoots and fruits.  They are mainly active early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Usually the group of gaur is led by female leader.  Since they are so big and strong they don’t have many predators.
